Meet Candice
Registered Massage Therapist / Founder
Candice graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College in 2020 and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She has always had a strong interest in health and wellness. Her 10 years of experience working as a Personal Support Worker has contributed to her compassionate and empathetic personality. She is devoted to helping people in any way she can.
Sports injuries are one of Candice’s interests as she used to be an avid runner, running her furthest distance of 100km, as well as starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu over this past year. Utilizing her experience with many of her own injuries, Candice understands the importance of relieving pain, increasing range of motion and strength training.
Candice strongly believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy. Applying General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and advanced techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Stretching, Candice takes great pride in assisting her clients in relieving pain and assisting them in rehabilitation to obtain their treatment goals.
